Thomas Lamanna the undefeated

He starts as a professional while he was still in high school. We are in 2011.Thomas LaManna will begin his career with a nice success by KO. 16 other wins and 8 more KO’s will follow. The boxer born in Belleville, New Jersey, will remain undefeated for 4 years and his first loss to fellow countryman Antoine Douglas in March 2015, in a WBA middleweight Fedelatin belt shot.

An accident more than a stop. Thomas LaManna goes on a new set of five wins before being offered another title shot, this time in the welterweight division. In September 2016, he faces undefeated Dusty Hernandez Harrison for the USBA belt win. But the latter will remain it by dominating Thomas by unanimous
decision.

In August 2017, at the age of 25, he announced his retirement and that the final fight of his career will be against George Sosa for the WBC FECARBOX and WBC Silver Latino championship titles. Fight and belts that he wins at the unanimous decision. Is it these belts or his passion for boxing, Thomas LaManna regains his zest for the ring and decides to defend his titles, which he did twice in 2018.

In parallel, he works as a manager through Rising Star Promotions. Thomas LaManna still keeps fighting and seeking an international title. After 4 more wins and 2 losses, the first ones since 2016, he got his chance for the vacant WBA Fedecentro in January 2021. Once more, he wins a regional title against Juan Gonzalez by TKO. In May 2021, Thomas LaManna has finally the opportunity to get a World belt. But he is surprised in the 1 st round by Lara. No doubt that the US Irish will have another opportunity.
