Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping at us.adidascombatsports.com! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return/or will have restocking fee up to 50% deducted from the refund.
- If above criteria are met, please go to your order detail page under your account and you can request return with a valid reason and we'll approve/decline accordingly.
- Refund will be processed within 3-4 business days of receipt of the return at our warehouse and additional 3-4 days are needed for the fund to go back to your original method of payment. You will receive refund notification once the fund goes back into your account. Thank you in advance for your patience. If however the refund does not come in within 6-8 business days of the receipt, please email us at cs@adidascombatsports.com with your inquiry regarding refund w/ your order #.
- Any returns due to refused delivery, will have actual shipping cost deducted from the refund.
- Additional terms for sales outside 48 contiguous US states. These terms and conditions supersede similar terms in General Sales, refund, return & warranty policies. All returns irrespective of reason will have to be fully paid by the customer and sent through a trackable courier service. We do not extend our warranties outside US states at this time and all products are bought on an IS basis. We do not take responsibility for packages lost by couriers while delivering to addresses outside US states.
