Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at us.adidascombatsports.com! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product isn’t used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
• Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return
  
• If above criteria are met, please follow below step by step on how to request return.
  
  

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Find your order   and select "Request Return"
  3. Select the item you want to return, choose a reason for the return and submit. 
      If you want to make an exchange, please choose "Other" for the reason and fill in the field with your exchange    
      request w/ size/color/etc.
  4. You will receive a response with a return label within 1-3 business days. (Please be patient with us for this part)

  Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it will take 6-8 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

• Additional terms for sales outside 48 contiguous US states. These terms and conditions supersede similar terms in General Sales, refund, return & warranty policies. All returns irrespective of reason will have to be fully paid by the customer and sent through a trackable courier service. We do not extend our warranties outside US states at this time, and all products are bought on an IS basis. We do not take responsibility for packages lost by couriers while delivering to addresses outside US states.
